Welcome to Saco Transition Program
Who We Are:
The Transition Program is a nontraditional, innovative high school setting that promotes academic and social emotional development for at-risk students with special needs. This program is designed for students who require a more intensive, supportive, educational environment to access their academic potential in order to work toward a high school diploma.
Our Mission:
To assist high school students with intellectual and emotional disabilities in reaching their academic potential and becoming productive members of the community.
