Burns Buzz about Books
We are finding that C.K. Burns readers just love a good mystery! And this new project, under the direction of two motivated fifth grade readers, is a real hit for us, staff and students alike!
In the first week of the month, the Book Buzz Girls feature a new "mystery" author, reading clues and posting one piece of a book cover each day. Readers are invited to submit their guesses over the course of the week. On the following Monday, the monthly winner is announced and receive a book written by the mystery author. The girls then write reviews of the featured book titles and we video their Monthly Burn Book Buzz session. We hope you enjoy these book clips.... Happy Reading!
